Can I dye /bleach or restyle the hair?

Yes. Virgin hair could be dyed/bleached or restyled. Hair can be bleached to color 27. And we recommend getting them colored or styled by a professional and experienced hairstylist who has  experience on working with hair extensions. We strongly don’t recommend frequent processing,  for it will damage your hair.

How long can it last?

The quality and lifespan depend on how they are worn and how carefully they are taken care of. Using the gentle shampoos, drying it in a low heat hair conditioner, use oil conditioner to nursing it carefully will prolong its lifespan. Taking very good care of it will make the hair last at least one year.

The knots on here are bleached?

The knots are lightly bleached. Most of our clients like to bleach and customize it by themselves.

How many bundles hair do I need?

We recommend you 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer.  4 bundles are recommended for 22'' .

Will the hair keep its pattern well after being washed?

The body wave featured “loose texture”will turn to natural wave or natural straight after being washed. Other texture  will keep its pattern.after being washed.

Can I modify or cancel the order ?

Order canceling and modifying is available within 2 hours since you put an order. We won't accept any order canceling modifying beyond 2 hours, for the goods will have been shipped out during that time.

Before you start to measure, being sure to pull back any loose hair first.

1.Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hairline around the full circumference of the head and nape of the neck.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: Measure from the left ear along the hairline to the right ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from the left ear along the top of the head to the right ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.

1. 5 by 5 closure wigs only have lace covering the forehead and no lace at sideburns, which causes the sideburns of the wig laying behind your own. This is a solution to avoid wefts showing not a size issue.
2. Lace length at the temples is over 1cm.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace has NOT been cut in 30 days after you receive the items. If you are unhappy with your shopping experience, please contact us by email before sending it back. We promise your rights will be properly respected. However, the unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Helpful Hint: 

1.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number  for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. 

2.Returned items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Report email:

3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.


1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

2.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within one month of receiving.

3.Please kindly note, Paypal/Klarna/Stripe will collect 5% handling charge when you send payment. According to their latest policy, once we refund the payment for goods, the handling fees you originally paid as buyer are not returned to you. 

4.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

5.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

Cancellation & Exchange:

You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email ( ). For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if successful.

If you want to change order before ship out, you will be charged for $5; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
